Cost = $1 per minute - Min Charge $30 per incident.
Support via email,
telephone and remote access is offered either as an included service package
or billed separately on a per call basis.
Managed Services via a flat rate contract
from remote during non-business hours is the current most cost effective way
to keep your systems running for you and/or your employees.
This includes processing updates, checking virus tools for operation, spyware
cleanup, temporary file removal, defragmenting, and generally making sure
your system is working properly.
Software installs / migrations, etc can be scheduled for non-business hours.
